Troubleshooting:
1) check whether the system line is loose or falling off.

3) Check whether the starting speed is zero or too high, whether the timing time is too short, whether the electronic gear or pulse equivalent is zero is not appropriate.
4) single axis failure. If you have the same type, you can replace the components of the malfunction type, remove the trouble and find out the problem.
Fault 3: slow system response
Troubleshooting:
1) Check whether the output voltage of the supply voltage switching power supply is within the allowable range to adjust the output voltage of the switching power supply or to replace the switching power supply.
2) the system parameters may not be correct.
Fault 4: limit alarm on startup.
Troubleshooting:
1 (W + - W) Check whether the limit switch is working properly, and whether the connecting wire is defective or missing.
(2) (Y + & gt; S) check whether the current coordinate value of the system is too large, whether it exceeds the software limit value, check whether the software limit value setting is too small to modify to the normal range.
3) Push the external limit switch under the system diagnostic interface to check whether the current coordinate value of the system is too large, whether it exceeds the software limit value, and whether the software limit value is too small.
Fault 5: failure of key or incorrect key value.
Troubleshooting:
1) check whether the keyboard wiring is bad or falling off.
Fault 6: manual / automatic crash
Troubleshooting:
1) Record the electronic gears in the system parameters; 2) Initialize the parameters by pressing the button G 3 of the right keyboard in turn under the main interface of the system; 3) Restart the system once more, fill the recorded electronic gears in the corresponding position, store the parameters and test the machine.
Fault 7: input / output no
Troubleshooting of hypertherm cnc plasma cutting machine:
1) check whether the input / output wiring is reliable.
2) check whether the 24V power is normal (the voltage between the 25 core interface 24 and the 25 legs) check the switching power supply.
3) whether the internal wiring of the system is loose.
Fault 8:USB cannot be transmitted

1) U disk can not match with the system to replace other models or brands of U disk.
2) Check whether the U-disk indicator is on to check whether the internal wiring of the system is loose, check whether there is any foreign body in the USB socket, whether the pin is reconnected properly, and clean up the interface debris
Fault 9: after the processing program starts, automatically return to the main interface.
Troubleshooting:
1) test parameters after replacement of machining procedures.

Fault 10: the system can only process straight lines, but not complete circles.
