After we purchased CNC plasma cutting machine, we need to install, test, train and after-sales service.

(1) Installation and acceptance:

The buyer should prepare the CNC plasma cutting machine workshop, and notify our company after the equipment is transported to the workshop. Our company will send the engineers to install and debug for free of charge and accept the final stage of the equipment acceptance at the buyer's site. After acceptance, the equipment will be delivered to the user after signature and seal. The cost of accommodation, tickets and other related expenses for our installation personnel is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Equipment acceptance items: five major items, including the main configuration of products, installation accuracy of guide rails, effective cutting range, accuracy of equipment work, and acceptance of auxiliary functions of equipment.

(2) Training:

1, We train mechanical maintenance for the customers free of charge. If the CNC flame cutting machine is involved, we are also free to train 1 electric maintenance, programming and operating personnel for the customers (personnel should meet the requirements of the supplier).

2, The training is divided into two phases: the first period of training is one week, in the supplier site, the specific time is written by the supplier in written notice (the related expenses of the company trainers are borne by the buyer); the second period of training is three days, and is synchronized with the installation and debugging of the numerical control plasma cutting machine.

3, Those who pass the training examination will be able to take up posts and operate in practice.

(3) after-sale service:

1, This CNC plasma cutting machine equipment is free from the supplier for free warranty (or from the equipment shipped to the buyer for three months) from the date of formal delivery (or the equipment is shipped to the buyer for three months). (except for major damage and irresistible natural factors causing major damage), the supplier provides free maintenance fittings during the warranty period. Maintenance by the buyer;

2. The supplier carries out "flight service" to the demand side for the use of this equipment, which is to be answered by telephone or fax within 1 hours after receiving the fault information, which needs to be dealt with on the scene.

CNC plasma cutting machine failure, the supplier will arrive at the demand side equipment within 24 hours.
