Operation rules of iron CNC plasma cutting machine

1. operators must be trained to be familiar with the structural principles and working principles of CNC plasma cutting machine. Be familiar with the operation rules and equipment performance before operation.

2. operators in the start cutting, the first must check whether all parts of the work can work normally, the power supply voltage to meet the requirements, gas pipeline leakage phenomenon and so on. Check all connection pipes, oxygen meters, acetylene meters, pressure regulating valves and power supply to ensure that there is no error before starting work. If abnormal phenomena are detected, stop and check and repair immediately, so that equipment must not be ill.

3. Operators must shut off all the power supply and gas pipeline, and empty the remaining gas in the pipeline to extend the service life of the pipeline.

4. when the CNC plasma cutting machine is working, the oxygen pressure should not be greater than 1MPa, and the acetylene pressure should not exceed 0.1MPa.

5. always pay attention to cutting flames and punching sparks while working, so as to prevent spatter from burning up the windpipes and wires.

6. HBO should not contact with inflammable substances such as grease to prevent grease from spontaneous combustion.

7. CNC plasma cutting machine must be operated by special person, special person maintenance, strictly prevent wrong operation; the oxygen meter and acetylene table used by the equipment should be checked once a year to ensure safe production. All trachea should be replaced once a year under normal conditions. If the conditions are bad, the replacement cycle should be reduced properly.

8. The operation box of NC plasma cutting machine must always keep the inside and outside tidy, strictly guard against metal dust, acidic substances and other pollutants, in order to reduce the occurrence of obstacles.

9. the guide rail, rack and gear of the CNC plasma cutting machine must always maintain and lubricate it, keep the surface clean, reduce unnecessary wear, prolong the service life of the parts, and improve the quality of the workpiece.

10. operators must check longitudinal and lateral limit switches regularly to ensure good operation and prevent accidents.

11. operators must carry out safety operations in strict accordance with GB9448-1999 national standards.
