There are many factors influencing the cutting quality of CNC plasma cutting machine. The most important one is related to the operation of the operator, such as the tempering, the height of the cutting nozzle away from the steel plate, and so on.

1, the plate is not stable. When necessary, the sheet can be leveled.

2, insufficient allowance for slotting allowance. Especially when cutting thick plates, the allowance for cutting is at least 10mm.

3, the working environment is light. Visual observation is inaccurate. Especially in cloudy days and at night.

4. Arc extinguishing or not cutting through in the cutting process, then the thick plate must be re-moved to 2MM above the cutting point and then continue cutting, if not moved to the exact position, arcing may occur on the edge of the parts further cutting defects.

5. Cutting direction should ensure that the cutting is finished in a large area. If the end is in the small area, the cutting will be deformed due to the movement of the hot plate.

Therefore, the CNC plasma cutting machine can cut a section in both positive and negative directions when cutting thick plates, and the flame should be extinguished in time at the intersection, so as to avoid the defects of parts caused by excessive cutting by the numerical control plasma cutting machine.

6. Nozzle, electrode and nozzle cap should be checked every day. If damaged, replace it in time.

7, the marking should be accurate, and the margin of the slotting and the margin of the sheet should be kept.

8. The allowance for heavy plate cutting should be 10MM-15MM.

9. The orientation of the plate should be determined by the arrangement of the parts and - X axial cutting, so as to be easy to observe.

10. The factors that cause the dimension error of CNC plasma cutting machine are inaccurate diagonal, inclined cutting surface, moving parts heated, repeated arcing at one place, inaccurate marking, inaccurate starting point, inaccurate observation of zero point and so on.
