1. check the quality of the cutting mouth and the amount of the slotting compensation:
The quality of the cutting nozzle of CNC plasma cutting machine will affect the surface quality of the workpiece and the flatness of the cutting side. The slot compensation must be consistent with the actual width of the slot cut.
The method to reduce this kind of error is to select a qualified cutting nozzle. The cutting nozzle specifications should also be suitable for the thickness and material of the plate to be cut. The width will be increased.
2. deformation during cutting:
Deformation mainly includes thermal deformation and deformation caused by gravity. Using reasonable lead position and cutting direction in programming can reduce deformation. Some cooling devices can be added according to the need, and a reasonable cutting platform can be adopted.
3. error caused by CO edge.
If co-edge is used, the compensation, the actual slot width and the distance between the common edges of the workpiece must be consistent. If not, the workpiece size will be a big or small case.
4. CNC plasma cutting machine accuracy:
The accuracy of cutting machine includes mechanical accuracy and electronic accuracy.
The mechanical precision is mainly affected by the transmission precision of the guide rail straightness, parallelism, levelness, gear or steel belt, and the levelness of the cutting platform also affects the accuracy of the workpiece.
Electronic precision is affected by CNC system software and motion control card, pulse equivalent, servo and servo drive, especially if the pulse equivalent is not adjusted accurately, it will cause the cutting circle is not circular, the size of large parts is not correct and so on.
To check the accuracy of the cutting machine is also very simple, as long as the cutting gun mounted on the needle, running the cutting machine to correct the error of the program for scratching inspection can be.
5. randomness of the cutting machine running around:
Voltage fluctuation, loosening of data line, poor contact between system and servo control line, loss of servo feedback signal and instability of servo drive circuit may cause irregular running of cutting machine.
The principle of judging the running of the cutting machine is:
1) irregular running can eliminate the problem of NC program.
2) Running around regularly must be simulated to check if there is a problem with the program, and if there is no problem with the program, check the system software (including the built-in software of the axle cards)
In summary, the error can be divided into pre-cutting error and post-cutting error, for a certain program, pre-cutting error can be checked by scratching, cutting error needs to be optimized by using a reasonable cutting process to reduce error. 6. size error:
Carelessness may occur during drawing or nesting, resulting in a graphic size error, which can be found by examining the size.
7. programming error:
If the programming software has defects or no cumulative error correction function, it will cause errors in the generated NC code. For example, the generated code size data error or compensation direction error; or code cumulative error, resulting in a small range of size no problem, a lot of lines exist larger errors, resulting in the introduction of cut-in point and lead-out of the phenomenon of misalignment, will also cause the whole plate nesting workpiece spacing deviation. The program problem of CNC plasma cutting machine is very easy, as long as the NC code is converted to CAD graphics for measurement, the compensation direction can be seen by simulation whether it is correct.
