1. When we use CNC plasma cutting machine, we must configure the automatic height of the arc pressure to ensure the effective distance between the nozzle and the steel plate, and improve the service life of the cutting nozzle and the cutting effect of the plate.

2. We need usually use cut the needle to clean the mouth of the nozzle to ensure that it will not be blocked by iron slag dust and burn the electrode.

3. When the plasma injector is seriously damaged, it is necessary to keep up with the damage in time.

4. When cutting different thickness plates, the corresponding current quantities should be selected. Damage will be caused to the nozzles and electrodes if they are too large or too small.

5. For a long time, the plasma cutting machine can be removed from the nozzle electrode, and then reinstalled when needed, so that the long term device has long been added to the high humidity in the smoke and dust, and it will affect the performance of the nozzle electrode.
