Reasonable operation for high quality plasma cutting

Generally the steel plate has a slope after cutting by CNC plasma cutting machine, the size of the slope is determined by the quality of the plasma cutting machine. The domestic cutting machine power is generally within 15 degrees, the import power is generally within 8 degrees. Whether imported or domestic plasma cutting machine, for high quality plasma cutting, we should do the following points:

1. The plasma cutting torch can be lightly touched on the surface of the steel plate, which ensures a good cutting effect and prolongs the life of the cutting torch.

2. The plasma cutting torch should keep the vertical angle with the steel plate.

3. The cutting edge should be cut from the edge of the steel plate, and further cutting should be made after ensuring that the arc is completely melted.

4. Keep the pressure within the specified range, the greater the pressure, the better the effect.

5. The working cables should be closely connected with the steel plate as far as possible.

6. Keep the air environment clean and dry, no oil pollution.

7. After cutting by CNC plasma cutting machine, stop at the end of the position for a short time to ensure complete disconnection.
