Improving the quality of oxygen and acetylene in NC cutting machine is the fundamental guarantee for achieving high quality cutting effect. When using acetylene produced in bottled oxygen and acetylene generator with 99% in the numerical control gas cutting, the low quality of the cutting surface usually shows the phenomena of surface roughness, the melting of the upper edge of the incisium, the serious slag and the discontinuous cutting.
2. The corrosion, dirt and ventilation of the cutting steel plate will also have a great influence on the continuous cutting. Therefore, the incoming steel plates should not be piled up in the open air. The cutting mouth should be used correctly and often cleaned up.
3. For 6mm to 30mm thick steel plate, the cutting speed of Gantry CNC gas cutting machine can only be set to 60% to 90% standard. When the thick plate is cut, the pressure is increased and the pressure is 0. 1MPa to 0. 3MPa, which ensures the smooth cutting of the thick plate and the perpendicularity of the cutting surface, and can improve the quality of the cutting surface to a certain extent.
Two, in general, in the case of the same thickness of the plate, the deformation degree of the parts with large dimensions is smaller than that of the smaller ones in Gantry CNC gas cutting machine. The cutting deformation of parts with small aspect ratio is smaller than that of parts with large length width ratio. The deformation of parts placed near the middle of steel plate is smaller than that of parts at the edge.
1. Reduce the cutting deformation measures. Serious cutting deformation will cause the parts size to be out of order, which will affect the subsequent alignment and even scrap. Therefore, in order to reduce the cutting deformation and improve the dimensional accuracy of the cutting parts, the following measures are adopted. When programming, choose a reasonable cutting sequence, cutting direction and cutting starting point. When carrying out multi parts cutting and cutting, we should follow the principle of "first cutting small parts, then cutting large parts, first cutting holes, and then cutting shapes". In cutting, the cutting deformation trend of parts should be analyzed according to the shape of parts and the location of discharge on the steel plate, and a reasonable starting point and cutting direction should be determined.
2. Therefore, during the cutting process of Gantry CNC gas cutting machine, the last cutting edge of the part should be connected with the steel plate which is not easy to shift. For some narrow long strip with larger length and width, it is still not effective to control the deformation in the order of cutting, and the discontinuous cutting method should be considered. That is to set up more than two temporary non cutting points on the cutting edge of the parts, which will connect the parts and the steel plate into a whole in the process of cutting, and then cut these points after the other parts are cut. This can reduce the shrinkage deformation of parts in the length direction.
